Masqueflores.com is a website through which users can purchase various floral products for their most special occasions. For each product the customer will have to choose their size preferences and desired model. With the arrangements the photo you will see will always be a reference in terms of shape, concept and floral variety.
Some secondary flowers may be replaced by others depending on store availability since we always keep a stock of varied, fresh and seasonal flowers, so we do not guarantee an exact duplicate of the arrangement, but an approximation of it. The bases of the vases or arrangements may or may not be the same, they are subject to availability of stock in our store at the time of your purchase.
Because of this let us know in the suggestions box any specifications regarding your preferences and we will try to seek the greatest satisfaction in terms of our service. By using our site masqueflores.com you accept the terms and conditions of use of the service. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you will not be able to place orders on our website masqueflores.com.
Masqueflores.com may make variations at any time on the terms and conditions of use of the site, so we recommend that you always review them before placing any order. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept the terms and conditions.
Masqueflores.com, is not responsible for any unforeseen events, failure in performance or delay of any obligation due to force majeure events. By force majeure we mean; any accident, loss, event, vehicle failure or any other problem related to the delivery of the products masqueflores.com is not responsible for any side effects caused by any of the products marketed, nor for the misuse of them by the customer.
Return and cancellation
Once the order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. We do not work with money or product refunds, unless there is an error on our part in the shipment of your order. For more information please contact us at +506 6074-0348.
Más que flores is not responsible for mishandling or maintenance of the products purchased by the customer. The indications for maintenance of the products will be attached by email.
Shipping policies
Masqueflores.com offers on its website a service through which users can place orders for high quality products, with their different variables and presentations, with home delivery in Costa Rica in the indicated areas of the country. Delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 business days depending on the area of the country, product availability and agendas.
To guarantee that your order will be delivered on the desired delivery date we recommend to place your order at least 3 days before the desired date. Once the order is placed you will receive a message or email indicating the confirmation of your order and coordination of the delivery.
During working hours from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays in Costa Rica will have their waybill generated on Monday or in case of holidays the next day after the holiday.

Delivery service quotation
“Surrounding area” is defined as a range of 5km from our store located in San Jose, San Pedro, Montes de Oca.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is within the established area. In case the shipping information is incorrect with respect to the indicated area, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay the respective difference in the amount in order to make the delivery in a satisfactory way.

Special dates
On special dates such as the Costa Rican days:
- February 14th – Valentine’s Day
- August 15th – Mother’s Day
- December 24th – Christmas
Priority delivery will be given to orders placed at least 3 days or more in advance to be delivered on the desired special date. Orders placed less than 3 days in advance are subject to availability of materials and flowers.
Más que flores will have 1 to 2 business days to deliver orders placed less than 3 days in advance.
All deliveries are subject to the possibility of locating the recipient for distributors’ own arrangements for the dispatch of certain flowers, among others. This time will be communicated by the store managers who will call the CUSTOMER at the next available business time and notify the status of the order.
Más que flores will not pay any type of compensation due to a delay in the delivery of the product, when an event of this nature occurs.
Privacy policy
All customers are required to enter their contact, billing, and order delivery information. We will take the necessary data protection measures to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information.
Masqueflores.com is not responsible if your information is disclosed due to a computer attack that breaches the platform’s security. When we refer to your data, it is only to your personal data entered. In the case of cards, they are fully protected by the security systems governed by the TILOPAY platform. Más que flores shall not be liable for the misuse of credit or debit cards lost by the user, or by misuse, carelessness or omission provided to third parties.
We may also collect information about your use of the Platform. We may collect information from your mobile device, such as location and certain performance characteristics and data about, for example, your device, IP address, payment methods, among others. We may and have the right to use your data to contact you to obtain your feedback on our services, to tell you about promotions and to keep you updated on new products and services imposed on our site.
