With the arrangements the photo you will see will always be a reference in terms of shape, concept and floral variety. Some secondary flowers can be replaced by others according to availability in the store since we always keep a stock of varied, fresh and seasonal flowers, so we do not guarantee an exact duplicate of the arrangement, but an approximation of it.
The bases of the vases or arrangements may or may not be the same, they are subject to availability of stock in our store at the time of your purchase.
Because of this let us know in the “suggestions” box any specifications regarding your preferences and we will try to seek the greatest satisfaction in terms of our service.

Our drivers will do everything in their power to deliver the flowers to the recipient. Otherwise, we will coordinate with the client or the recipient that someone (family, co-worker, trusted neighbor, etc.) will be responsible for receiving the flowers and deliver them to the person that corresponds to them. If the flowers cannot be delivered, they will be returned to the florist and the client will be contacted to coordinate reshipment, which will have an additional cost.
The cost of transportation is per trip, therefore each time the car makes a delivery the transportation cost must be paid.
